I am a licensed real estate broker representing both buyers and sellers in residential transactions, both resale and new construction. I am in my 20th year of real estate and have a proven sales record of selling 95% of my listings in 1 month or less during my tenure  (1 week or less in our current 2024 market). On the buying side, I represent clients of all demographics but especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers. There is nothing like the feeling of helping one experience that milestone of owning their first home.

My former (and ongoing) architectural career pairs wonderfully with real estate and gives my clients an added bonus over what other Realtors can offer. My design vision has helped innumerable buyers see the potential in a new home purchase needing updating, remodeling, or expansion. My design background also lends an added edge to sellers preparing their home for sale, whether it involves a construction project(s), staging of their home, or curb appeal ideas. Having lived in Indy since 1987, I have come to know this city well. Though I work throughout the northern half of metropolitan Indianapolis, I especially enjoy representing clients buying or selling in historic neighborhoods and older homes in general.
